E&A Inc. was awarded the contract for the complete rehabilitation of the Theodore Roosevelt Sagamore Hill House included exterior work such as new wood shingle and flat-lock seam metal roofing, brick masonry restoration, new storm water drainage, new lightning protection system, new and restored siding and trim, porch restoration, restored windows and shutters and a new foundation drainage system.

Interior work included a new electrical system, new mechanical system, new fire protection system, restored interior finishes and new basement toilet room, partition and plumbing. The work also included excavation, trenching and site restoration as required to install the underground drainage system.
