E&A Inc. was contracted by the DDC to perform an interior renovation and mechanical, plumbing, electrical and life system upgrade for the Landmark’s Preservation Commission. The offices are housed in a pair of land-marked buildings, providing 44,000 square feet of open offices, conference rooms, and public spaces on multiple floors.

Work includes demolition, structural reinforcing, architectural partitions, finishes, fixture and fittings, heating and cooling systems including rooftop cooling tower, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm distribution and sprinkler system including risers.

Strict safety guidelines and protection plans are enforced to ensure safety to Mayor and mayoral staff. Traffic control/lane closures and coordination of all personnel and materials via vertical transportation.
